No. Probably just make 'group 1' EXTREMIST... You know..? Like those TERRORIST...?

happyharvest SG

Hmm.... Same lo. Maybe can interpreted as invited and chosen by God the Father for His Son ba. Whatever it is, stil invited and chosen by God lo.

I'm questioning your assumption first. If do good go heaven do bad go hell .. then what happens to those who, theoretically, do neither good nor bad?

If you can ans this .. then you have a more correct view of Christianity .. and you realize why Christians say we all need Christ.

Icemoon SG

McSquare very sly one .. you better think b4 you ans Mr. Green

happyharvest SG

ha ha... I feel weird when he asked those questions. So I have to be more slyer than him. Twisted Evil

Kidding.

Icemoon SG

Your own analogy of a Jew is fallacious. 'cos SIS quoted articles and he himself admitted (he seldom admits unless it is truly a fact) Muslims believe non Allah believers will go hell but Jews don't believe non Hashem believers will go hell.

Don't throw red herrings please. My allegations are not unfounded.

M©+square SG

Hmm.....you're kinda slow. I posted that qns long ago...
But yeah. You know where i'm coming from.

Well...the issue of elected still remains grey. Even happyharvest didn't see the problem. Neutral

Cheers

Icemoon SG

That verse supports Calvinism meh? Zun boh? I think non Calvinists like the moderator brey can always interpret in another way.

happyharvest SG

Since the issue still remain grey that means we are not supposed to know much. The bible tells us the elects are chosen by the foreknowledge of God and His predestination.

I don't see why bother much about the elect thingy. Just follow Jesus, practise what you should practise and wait for what you deserved lo. The elect thingy only God knows. Why have to stuggle much about an issue not fully known to us except God?

M©+square SG

Precisely because he interpretes in another way. That's why i stopped my debate with him.

That verse doesn't Calvinism, totally. I shan't go into that since i'm so out of the elected already.

coffeeortea SG

hmm.. i wanna give my views on this topic, but i keep seeing new terms and stuff coming out.. so let me go do some research before i say anything.. lmfao.. im noob at this.

Where does the assumption of murderer must go hell come from? Murderers are caught up by justice to face the death sentence. Finish. Closure. The gospel is very clear on this - the first to enter paradise with Christ was crucified. Surely he didn't accept Christ while he was a fugitive.

I like the death penalty. I love Singapore. Twisted Evil

I anticipating brey to interpret in another way lo. quick brey, tells us more.

anyway ,I'm in a non Calvinist church but I don't see why we should turn our face regarding the elect thingy. I quite sian of trying to understand the relationship b/w God's will and our will.

Icemoon SG

Who's out who's in only God will know.

Maybe God re-generate your ex-generated heart. Mr. Green

Do you believe that in everything, it happened for a reason?

So even for the two camps to happen. It was for a reason.
Just like some have said. Some are made to live a life without seeking much. Some are created to acquire knowledge.
The two camps didn't struggle much, they just merely stayed at their own camps.

New gen christians struggle on the issue of election merely because
-No solid understand of the Word
-No knowledge of the Two camps
-Interpreting the scriptures at their convienence.
-Do not have the hunger to study the word and seek answer to it.

It all voice down to basic principles of beliefs.
Your revelation from the Holy Spirit will answer you. That i'll respect your learning process.

Hmm... I do believe that cos the bible tells me so.

But who are you, O man, to talk back to God? "Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, 'Why did you make me like this?' "Does not the potter have the right to make out of the same lump of clay some pottery for noble purposes and some for common use? (Romans 9:20-21)

Yes, I agree with you regarding the revelation from Holy Spirit that answer individual believer. May all have the same vision in these last days (ops, I suppose...)...

Gonna go liao.

Cya later.

M©+square SG

May i suggest that you shouldn't thread into issue which you're not sure? This is a disturbing issue i'm talking about. And i'm sure if there's really anyone who have the ablility to contain such issue.

Research alone and by wits, or good knowledge is not enough.
In fact, it is dangerous to be quick to decipher what i am trying to say.
Hai.

Lastly, i hope you will do your 'research' in the School of the Holy Spirit.

Cheers

M©+square SG

Disturbing....
